These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided through our online store hosted on Shopify. By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Caro Forss tmi located in Fredrikinkatu 31 A, 00120 Helsinki, Finland. We sell products that we design and create. Our store is currently available to customers in Europe.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to ensure all product information, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • All information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud or violations of these Terms.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and paid at checkout.

We use third-party payment processors to securely handle payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the amount due.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Europe only. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@dagli.life with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Dagli/Caro Forss tmi and protected under applicable copyright, trademark or any other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property rights without our written permission. 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dagli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, it will, unless otherwise agreed, be resolved in the courts of Finland.
